JAPAN AI CENTER TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

TRADING CRYPTO-ASSET PRICE MOVEMENTS IS HIGH RISK. YOU CAN LOSE THE FULL AMOUNT OF EVERY TRADE YOU PLACE. ONLY TRADE WITH MONEY YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and JAPAN AI CENTER (“JAPAN AI CENTER”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your use of https://ai-center.co.jp and all related pages, features and services (together, the “Site”), including trading, copy trading, Earn products, deposits, withdrawals and swaps (together, the “Services”).

Our Privacy Statement and Risk Disclosure Statement form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
  • not be located in, or a resident or citizen of, any country where use of the Services is prohibited or restricted by law;
  • not be named on any sanctions list or be owned or controlled by a sanctioned person; and
  • use the Services only for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.

You may hold only one account. It is your responsibility to make sure that using the Services is legal where you live.

3. Your Account and Security

  • You must give us accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login password and your separate withdrawal password secret. Use strong, unique passwords and do not share them with anyone, including people claiming to be our staff.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@ai-center.space if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
  • We will never ask you for your password or withdrawal password.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

We may ask you to verify your identity and provide documents at any time, including before you deposit, trade or withdraw. Until verification is complete, some features may be limited. We may refuse, suspend or close an account if verification is not completed, or if we reasonably believe the information provided is false or incomplete.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Swaps

  • Account currency. Balances used for trading and Earn products are held in USDT.
  • Deposits. Deposits are credited to your account after we confirm that the transfer has been received. You must send only the supported asset on the supported network to the address shown. Assets sent to the wrong address or network may be lost permanently.
  • Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before they are released. Approved withdrawals are usually processed within 3–10 business days, depending on review and network conditions. The requested amount is held while the request is reviewed and returned to your balance if the request is rejected.
  • Withdrawal fees. Any withdrawal fee, including the blockchain network fee, is shown before you confirm and is deducted from the amount withdrawn. We will never ask you to send additional funds, pay a “release fee”, “tax” or “unlock fee”, or pay a percentage of your balance before a withdrawal is released. If anyone asks you to do so, it is a scam; do not pay and report it to us.
  • Swaps. The rate for a swap between assets is shown before you confirm and is final once confirmed.
  • Irreversible transfers. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. You are responsible for checking the address and network before confirming any transfer.
  • Compliance holds. We may delay, hold or refuse a deposit or withdrawal where required by law, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

6. Trading

The Site offers fixed-duration trades on the price of crypto-asset trading pairs. Each trade works as follows:

  1. You choose a trading pair, a direction (High or Low), a duration and a trade amount. The payout rate for each duration is shown before you place the order.
  2. The opening price is recorded when your order is placed.
  3. When the duration ends, the trade is settled using the market price published by Binance for that pair at the expiry time (the “closing price”).
  4. If you chose High and the closing price is above the opening price, or you chose Low and it is below, the trade is won: your trade amount is returned plus a profit equal to the trade amount multiplied by the payout rate shown when you placed the order.
  5. If the price moves the other way, the trade is lost and you lose the full trade amount.
  6. If the closing price equals the opening price, the trade is a draw and your trade amount is returned.

Further rules:

  • The maximum you can lose on any single trade is the trade amount. Any leverage figure shown on a trade is for information only and does not increase your loss beyond the trade amount.
  • Minimum and maximum trade amounts are shown on the trading page and may change.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • JAPAN AI CENTER is the counterparty to every trade. Trades are agreements between you and us; you do not buy, sell or own the underlying crypto-assets.
  • If a trade is opened or settled on a price that is clearly wrong because of a technical error or a disruption in the price feed, we may correct or cancel that trade and will tell you if we do.
  • Trades are settled when the closing price becomes available. Settlement may occasionally be delayed if the price source is temporarily unavailable.

7. Copy Trading

  • Copy trading lets you automatically follow another user (an “Expert”). Each time an Expert opens a trade, the same trade is opened for you with the amount you set, provided your available balance is sufficient.
  • Copied trades are ordinary trades under section 6, and you carry the full risk of every copied trade.
  • Experts are other users, not employees or advisers of JAPAN AI CENTER. Expert statistics such as win rate are calculated automatically from past trades. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not recommend or endorse any Expert.
  • You can stop copying at any time. Trades already opened will settle normally.
  • If you act as an Expert, you agree that your trading statistics and profile may be shown to other users.

8. Earn Products

  • Flexible Earn pays interest daily at the rate shown and can be redeemed at any time.
  • Fixed-term Earn locks your amount for the stated term. Your amount and interest are returned to your available balance at maturity. Fixed-term amounts cannot be redeemed before maturity.
  • The rate shown when you subscribe applies to that subscription. We may change the rates and products offered for new subscriptions at any time.
  • Interest is paid by JAPAN AI CENTER. Earn products are not bank deposits, are not covered by any deposit insurance or government protection scheme, and depend on our ability to pay.

9. Fees

We may charge trading, swap, withdrawal or other service fees. Any fee that applies to a transaction is shown before you confirm it. We may change our fees for future transactions.

10. Risks and No Advice

Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile, and short-duration trades can be lost within seconds. You may lose all the money you trade. Please read our Risk Disclosure Statement before using the Services.

Nothing on the Site, including market data, signals, charts or Expert statistics, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You make your own decisions and are responsible for any taxes due on your activity.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other illegal purpose;
  • deposit funds that are stolen or come from illegal activity;
  • open more than one account, or use another person’s account or identity;
  • manipulate prices or exploit errors, delays or bugs in the Site or its price feeds;
  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to access or trade on the Site without our written permission;
  • attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Site; or
  • break any law or regulation that applies to you.

If you break this section, we may cancel affected trades, reverse profits gained through the breach, and suspend or close your account.

12. Suspension and Closure

We may suspend, restrict or close your account if required by law, if you break these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or illegal activity, or if we stop offering the Services. Where the law allows, we will tell you the reason.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. When an account is closed, open trades and Earn subscriptions will settle under their normal rules, and any remaining balance that is not subject to a legal hold will be returned to you after verification.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, design, logos and software belong to JAPAN AI CENTER or its licensors. You may use the Site only for your personal use of the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works based on it without our written permission.

14. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from attack, or that any market data shown is complete or up to date. We are not responsible for failures of blockchains, networks, wallets or third-party price sources outside our reasonable control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAPAN AI CENTER is not liable for:

  • losses from trading or market movements;
  • losses caused by your own mistakes, including sending assets to a wrong address or network;
  • losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure;
  • service interruptions, delays or events outside our reasonable control; or
  • any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our fraud or gross negligence.

16. Indemnity

You agree to compensate JAPAN AI CENTER for any loss, claim or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

17. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Statement.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on the Site. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept them.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may take the dispute to the competent courts of the United States.

20. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
